There are bolt hole marks, a few light scuffs & scratches and the background material is bubbling up in the center of the 4 and the two Os. There are also some odd gray vertical streaks in the background material that will not show up when I take a picture. The plate is a natural with only one year sticker. See photo. This plate has been expired at least three years and is being sold as a collectible. $4.00 for shipping to any US address. I do not ship out of the USA.
