These are an original pair of DMV clear vintage license plates that are ready to be registered to your 63-69 classic car with a registration sticker that matches the year of your car. You don"t need one for a 63 car. The front plate has surface roughness but good legible numbers/ letters. The rear plate has a ding and scratches in the center. This plate also has a bend at the base but would be covered with a plate frame. Per rules, these license plates have been expired for more than three years.
