This is a license plate frame set removed from an original set of 60"s California black plates. Frames could use a restoration but have NO cracks or extra holes. Good shape.
These are a great part of the history of Buicks in California: In 1965 George brought his family to Petaluma and opened the George Buick agency, personally seeing to the detailing of every car before it left his showroom for its new owner. George went on to become one of the youngest and most successful Buick dealers in the U.S.
