This is a (Collectable) Original Used Vintage Matching Pair of Bicentennial Illinois License Plates
I have not cleaned them. They are in original shape right off the car. But they would clean up nice if you wanted to clean them.
They only some surface rust on the outside edges and the bottom screw holes.
The color of the numbers are very slightly worn.
The color red is in very good condition--I believe when it is cleaned that the red color will be in near perfect shape.
They are getting very hard to find and getting rarer every day that goes by.
