I am unsure of how to grade this since it is a plate. Doesn"t look like there"s any rust but the plate is pretty dented. It doesn"t sit flat on the table. Has a couple of chips that probably happened from a rock being kicked up or etc. The white color may be discolored from a substance or general wear and will not be a perfect white.
