I pack items well and double box any breakable items, insure shipment, and only charge actual shipping. Any excess shipping is returned to the buyer.

Please verify your shipping address is correct in and PayPal before bidding. For your protection, I only ship to addresses listed on your account. I make every attempt to provide you with the most economical shipping possible, and only charge actual postage – no handling. If item is returned to me as undeliverable, I will contact buyer for a good address and postage to deliver item to new address. All items are shipped with tracking, and if shipping address is an apartment or business, I require buyer paid signature for delivery (again, for your own protection). If you do not receive your purchase from me within 9 days, PLEASE let me know, as all items should be received within 1 week of payment – normally sooner. I do combine shipping and you only pay actual postage. For questions about combined shipping, please include your zip code, as that is needed to calculate shipping. I normally only ship within the US, but have made exceptions to Canada if you contact me prior to bidding (if paid via PayPal). If shipping looks high on an item you’re interested in, please contact me with your zip code and I can verify that I haven’t made a mistake on shipping when posting an auction! I’ll be glad to check it, as I wouldn’t want shipping to keep you from bidding.

Payment is due within 5 days of end of auction and item ships within 48 hours of cleared payment. If you are waiting to pay because you plan to bid on another item(s), please e-mail me of such so I know you’re still there and do plan to pay. Returns are not accepted unless item is not as described. In the unlikely event that an item needed to be returned, I do not refund postage. It doesn’t happen, but want to be sure all terms are covered in case it ever does happen.
Items are from a clean, smoke-free and pet-free home. I pack well and insure all fragile items to allow for the postal service. I also mark FRAGILE – GLASS on every side of the box to warn the Post Office to handle with care. In some cases, shipping may be estimated, and I always refund excess over $1 to your PayPal account within 48 hours of shipping. I realize that an accident can happen, so if you should receive an item that has been damaged in transit (it’s very rare for my shipments), you need to do two things: 1) notify me and 2) take item along with original packing to the post office to file your insurance claim with them. I need to be aware of any issues, so if one would occur, I can try to prevent it from happening in the future. My goal is for the buyer to be more than happy with your purchase! I sell only items that are of a quality that I would want to purchase for myself.
