Delaware 1947-1950 Riveted Number License Plate Tag #39617 Five Digit Scotchlite Riveted numbers are all very solid. Paint and Scotchlite loss as shown in photos. Currently has a "68 sticker but tag dates to 1947-1950. Based on the tag size of 5 1/2 x 9 1/2 and the reflective Scotchlite in the numbers this tag is likely from 1950. No Metal tabs are included.
