You are bidding on a Delaware Surf Fishing Permit Tag as shown. It appears that it came with a protective coating which should have been removed but wasn"t. The coating has peeled away in several places and may be able to be removed altogether - I didn"t try. It has a few dings around the bolt holes and looks to have one extra hole in upper rh corner. The validation sticker in lower rh side is mostly peeled away. Great if you are a Jeep guy to hang in garage , bar , dorm , mancave , beach cottage , etc. FREE SHIPPING ( 48 STATES ).
