Here is a copy of the June 1994 issue of the ALPCA Newsletter, the official publication of the Automobile License Plate Collectors Association. The one you see is the one you get. This issue features an 8-page article (including photos and charts) by Roy Carson and John Northrup on Tennessee license plates. (The section on non-passenger plates is completed in a later issue.) A second feature by Tim Stentiford examines the license plates of Paraguay. There are 35 pages not including the advertising section in this issue. Most of this issue is in black and white but there is a 4-page full color section in the middle. Please see the images for further details.
