Nothing like finding old items, never used or else very, very lightly used, in storage! (I have found a number of license plates that would bring back memories for someone.) Has a couple of scrubs, but just enough to give it an authentic look of used (not abused) condition. I am not an authority on Texas plates, but seems I recall that around the time from 1995 to 2007 or 2008, Texas plates stayed on the vehicle for as long as two or three years and that this particular colorful design, assigned only to drivers authorized to park in designated handicapped spaces, is from about that time. This plate probably expired about 2002 to 2005, give or take a year or two. Hard-to-find license plate design.
