Nothing like finding old items, either never used or else slightly used but in very good condition, in storage! (I have found a number of license plates that would bring back memories for someone.) This plate (expired in 1988) was intended for use on a tract (I don"t know whether a farm tractor, or a tractor trailer rig), but never used, and except for normal age dulling is still in near-new condition. This plate would be very hard to find.
