Nothing like finding old items, never used or very lightly used, in storage! (I have found a number of license plates that would bring back memories for someone.) This one appears never to have been used, just stored for many years. Has a couple of normal light marks of handling and storage (includes minor age discoloration/spotting to white enamel surfaces, probably could be cleaned off with detergent or mild bleach, but I have not tried). Good condition for a plate that will soon be 40 years old!

A personal note: I live on a farm in Kentucky, but over the years have collected lots of item that were of interest to ME.
