There are upper bolt hole marks, some scuffing in the black paint on the characters and some idiot has partially peeled off the 2011 sticker. The plate also has some license plate warp and does not lie perfectly flat. There are also some weird vertical lines showing up in the background. See photo. This plate has been expired at least three years and is being sold as a collectible. $3.85 for shipping to any US address. I do not ship out of the USA. International buyers must use ebay"s Global Shipping Service. Payment MUST ARRIVE within 7 days after the auction closes.
