This issue features a 10-page article (including photos) on Georgia license plate history by Stephen Tuday. Also included is a 3-page piece on Vermont State Police plates by Chris Fretta and an 11-page article on Cuba plates by Tim Stentiford. If that was not enough, Tim also contributed a 3-page piece on plates of the US Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. There are 54 pages in all not including the classified section.
