This issue features a 12-page article (including photos) by Stephen Tuday on the history of Georgia license plates. There are also feature articles on Vermont State Police plates, and Canadian veteran plates as well as a 12- page piece on the license plates of Cuba and another 2 pages on the plates of the US Naval Base at Guantanamo. There are 56 pages not including the advertising section in this issue. Most of this issue is in black and white but there are 8 full color pages including the covers.
