Exceptionally rare personally manufactured license plate of former California Governor Goodwin J. Knight (1953-1959) for his vehicle when attending the US Governor"s Conference in New York in July of 1954. These license plates were sent to all US Governor"s who attended the conference for us on their official vehicles and later kept by the Governor"s for their collection.
