Nothing like finding old items, never used, in storage! (I have found a number of license plates that would bring back memories for someone.) This unused plate from the 2008 to 2010 era is still in new condition. Has slight signs of age and storage, looks virtually the way it did when issued more than 5 years ago. I collect license plates but am not an authority on Utah plates; however, I believe this plate, had it been used, would have expired in 2010 or earlier. Beautiful stylized snowy mountain skiing scene, very colorful.

A personal note: I live on a farm in Kentucky, but over the years have collected lots of item that were of interest to ME.
