This is an Hawaii License plate 1976-Aloha State that expires in 1977. The expiration tag says-Passenger 7W 8551 Hawaii 77. It is a Creamy yellow with Blue Letters, Numbers and Border, it has an emblem of it"s King which is Kind of Orange. It"s number is 4E-1311. I would say it"s in fair condition. The bolt holes are in good condition, one is a little dirty. There are paint chips around the border, and the 4E each have a small chip too. S/H $5.00.
