See the picture and click on it to enlarge it as everyone"s opinion on condition varies! It is over three years old and does not violate ebay"s rules. This plate expired in the 1980"s. Buyer to add choice of $3.85 First Class Mail shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard or $6.45 lined Priority Mail shipping. The Priority Mail option will INCLUDE INSURANCE in the US. I always combine shipping and can ship numerous plates for the same $6.45 Priority Mail shipping.
