These have never been used but there is a minor problem..the paint around the rim is bubbling up in places. The second picture show the sheet of paper that separates the two plates..it comes with this since it is original. Some of the black and white paint is separating from the plate due to surface rust. These were sitting in a garage for many years and the weather has gotten to them. Thanks for looking.
