Illinois set of "43 license plates War-time plates made of soybean (fiberboard) that was popular with the farm animals who were noted to eat them off the bumpers of cars! Not an especially rare plate, but tough to find as a matching set this nice. g-vg condition, all original with strong color. Both plates do have minor marking and wear as shown in the photo.
