Illinois 1978 Motorcycle License Plate

I have this 1978 state of ILLINOIS license plate for sale. Not ever having lived in Illinois, and because it measures roughly 4 x 9, I assume this is a motorcycle plate. It has black letters and numbers, black borders and white background. It is in quite good condition and would be a very nice addition to anyone"s collection.
