Up until last year, the Chicagoland Mustang Club worked with the Secretary of State of Illinois to offer these vanity plates to its members. There were a maximum of 100 plates issued per year. I chose 71 because that is the year I graduated from high school.
I do not believe that the Chicagoland Mustang Club offers these plates any longer.
