This auction is for a 2004 Illinois specialty license plate for the Decatur Celebration held in
Decatur, Illinois. The plate is #155. Background of plate is bright yellow. Shows a green
marquee with blue and white stars and lines. On a red background on the marquee
it reads - A Star-Studded Street Spectacular. Says 2004 in blue above the white
writing and then says in blue below - Decatur Celebration. Land of Lincoln, 155, 2004
and Illinois are all in red letting. 8/8 (one of the dates of the Celebration) is in green lettering.
This one has 3 disguised circles in the middle that only appear in certain light. The circles
say IL BMP1 with an outline of Illinois. This is a very unique plate if you are into these specialty
or commemorative plates. I don"t believe this plate has ever been on a car. It has no wear or rust
around the bracket holes. I see no scratching or marks. No denting. Please zoom in on the pictures
for the condition. This one is in very nice condition, heavy quality, colorful and displays wonderfully.
