Illinois Specialty License Plate 1999 Lincoln Springfield Cruise Charity #132
“Less than 1/2 inch light black mark to the right of Lincoln's head and small black mark above right bottom bracket hole. Left bottom corner flawed about 1/2 inch.”
This auction is for a 1999 Illinois specialty license plate for the WNNS-VALCO Cruise for Charity
in Springfield, Illinois. The plate is #132. Background of plate is a bright yellow. Shows a black
and red Abe Lincoln in his black stovetop hat in a red and black old auto and holding a birthday
cake. Most of the wording on the plate is black except for WNNS-VALCO which is red and Cruise
which is yellow with black dots outlined in black. Also says 16th Annual on the left side of plate and
Sweet Sixteen on the right over a slice of birthday cake with 2 candles. This is a very unique plate if
you are into these specialty or commemorative plates. Not sure if this plate has ever been on a car.
It has no wear or rust around the bracket holes. It does have about a 1/2 inch light black mark to the
right of Lincoln"s head - very light and a small black mark above the right bottom bracket hole. The
left bottom corner looks to have about a 1/2 inch flaw at the corner edge. Please zoom in on the pictures
for the condition. No denting. This one is in nice condition, is colorful, noticeable and displays wonderfully.
