There are scratches, scuffs, nicks and small dings. These also have not been washed, so they"re a bit dirty. See photo. These plates have been expired at least three years and are being sold as collectibles. $4.50 for shipping to any US address. I do not ship out of the USA. International buyers must use ebay"s Global Shipping Service. Payment MUST ARRIVE within 7 days after the auction closes.
