It is in mint condition. It is clean, sharp and glossy and an actual state issued vanity plate...NOT an imitation or novelty!! Buyer to add choice of $3.75 First Class Mail shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard or $6.45 lined Priority Mail shipping.
