Jimmy Carter 1977 Inaugural License Plates (District of Columbia)-Group of 25

Here are 25 never used license plates commemorating the inauguration of Jimmy Carter in 1977. Each set of two plates is enclosed in a protective sleeve. The plate numbers are 8201 through 8222 in additional to 8127, 8132, and 8137. Plate 8201 have several streaks of a hardened sticky substance on them.
