Up for bid is this ULTRA RARE JULY 2000 MASSACHUSETTS SAIL BOSTON OFFICALS LICENSE PLATE # 2000. These were state issued for official vehicle use during the Tall Ship visit to Boston. They were only used for the period of time from June 17 through July 31, 2000. This plate is extra special though, because it is plate # 2000. All the other Sail Boston plates I have seen are only 3 random digits.
