Silver on Blue June 1961 Nevada License Plate Set of two (2) NY5084 one of which has attatched to it a 1864-1964 Nevada Centennial Placard with a gold 1964 tag, and is affixed to the actual license plate with what appear to be two copper or brass rivets.
