This is a Kansas Vietnam Veteran License plate, 2136A but in very good to excellent condition. Rare, Error number A was not supposed to be on plate as I was told. Do your own research. Unissued but listing as used.

The tag measures 12 x 6 overall. It has a 2012 base date and there is no stickers on the plate, Aluminum & Embossed numbers, Kansas & Vietnam Veteran is flat.
