Vintage used Kentucky automobile faux license plate -

Designed to fit the front license plate holder on automobiles that were required to have official license plates only on the rear of the vehicle. These were pretty popular in the 1950s to 1970s era. I do not know what date this one was actually produced, but 
Metal plate with white enamel, numbers and letters overpainted with blue enamel. Standard size, about 12 inches wide. They are like NEW unused still in warper
