First of all this plate complies with Ebay’s rules since it has expired over 3 years ago (both year AND month are considered) and is not a design that can currently be used on the road. This is sold for collection, display or craft purposes only, not for a vehicle.
Secondly, this IS the plate that you will receive – not one with a different serial number or “similar to” the one scanned.
This is a 2012 stickered 2010 Kentucky Farm base plate. The condition is Very Good, refer to the picture. It is an interesting multi organizational Farm plate. Kentucky Proud - 4 H -and FFA.

You might ask why are Kentucky plates rather difficult to find: (1) the population base is a moderate 4.3 million (2) there are just 840 vehicles registered per 1,000 residents (3) it is one of just 19 states to issue plates in singles NOT pairs (4) therefore Kentucky plates are only 0.94% of the plates issued in the US each year. Additionally residents of Kentucky have a tendency to not move out of state. So unless you are in Kentucky or one the bordering states then you just do not see them on the road with much degree or regularity.
