“Good condition!”

Up for auction is a nice Kentucky Horse license plate with the numbers H2884. It is in good condition although it does have some white paint across the bottom. Please see the picture for the condition! I think it can be cleaned with out damaging the plate. It also, has some small rust stains around the upper holes from the bolts. The plate does not have any rust.
