Here is a nice Delaware license plate with a sticker that happened to expire on February 29, 2000. This really unique, because there is only a February 29th once every four years!  Few minor scrapes and blemishes and some heavy wear on the top left bolt hole.  Over all a great plate that would make a nice addition to your collection/display or as a birthday present to someone born on a leap day!
