We assume steel was used ( aircraft needed ALUMINUM )...A slight depression between the 7 , 4....The lower left slot has more rust and would need some flattening. I have just noticed the 4 corner holes ( not in later plates). The holes are all equally spaced & are 5mm in diameter. And this plate weighs about another 2 oz.more than Aluminum. The "peripheral" rib between the 9 & the O is somewhat flattened.. The backside rust is quite "fine". The plate measures 5 1/2 by 12, not the current 6... shipping : $3.00
