This is a hand made tissue box cover. It is made from 2 Pennsylvania License Plates and a piece of wood for the top. The wood has been stained. (The tissues are not included). Please ask questions.
If you do not see the state you would like let me know and I can see if I have that states plate and I can make you a tissue box holder.
