This is a handmade tissue box cover or flower box. It is made from 2 Utah license plates and hand cut wood. The wood has been stained or painted. (Pictures show which has been done to this specific piece.) This box can either be used as a tissue box cover with no bottom so it easily slips over a tissue box or it can be used as a flower box because it will have a bottom piece of wood inserted upon request. The tissues/flowers are not included. Please ask questions. If you do not see the state that you would like, please let me know and I can see if I have that state"s plates to make you a custom tissue box holder or flower box.
