This is a hand made napkin holder. It can also be used to hold papers. It is made from a Pennsylvannia License Plate and is mounted on a piece of wood for the base. The license plate has been painted with clear paint. The wood has been stained. (The napkins are not included). Please ask questions.
If you do not see the state you would like let me know and I can see if I have that states plate and I can make you a napkin holder.
