This is a hand made coat rack with old car window crank handles as the actual hooks. It is made from a New Jersey License Plates 2 window crank handles and a piece of wood for the back. The wood has been stained. Please ask questions. If you do not see the state you would like let me know and I can see if I have that states plate and I can make you a tissue box holder.
