I check my auctions daily, but cannot guarantee to answer a question on the last day of an auction. Payment is required within 5 business days after auction ends. If I have not received payment, you will be contacted once. If I do not hear from you in 2 more business days, I will send the auction through ebay"s formal resolution process.
I make every effort to ship your item the following business day after receiving payment. Occasionally, it takes an extra day to get it mailed, but I will always post a tracking number after shipping. I take great care to pack all items carefully, so they will arrive in the best possible condition. Shipping will be through United States Postal Service, and only actual shipping will be charged, I do not add on anything for packaging materials or handling.
