Lot of 2 New. Honorable Order Kentucky Colonels License Plate and RUTH 21294
Click image for more fotoThese are full size plates 6 by 12. I was told that they are from 2013 or older.They came together at the sale. So I am thinking that Ruth got the plates for the front and the rear of the vehicle. They have never been attached to a vehicle. There are a few small scratches from people handling them at the sale. The gold one reads 21294 real small on the left front corner.
