Item up for bid: Nice lot of 5 Vintage Pennsylvania License Plates. This is a nice lot of Pennsylvania plates for your collection. There are three blue ones from the 70"s that say Bicentennial State, one 1990"s yellow one that says Keystone State, and one modern design one from 2016. These plates are in nice condition overall. The yellow one shows the most wear. Please view the photos for the best condition description.
