As pictured you will receive a pre-owned Tulane University Louisiana DMV sample plate. It is made of a thin sheet of metal like any other Louisiana License plate. It measures approx. 12x6. Also, the size of a regular plate. This is a decoration. It is over 3 years old and is not, nor has it ever been a valid plate. Great collector"s piece.
