This is a Maine license plate that was issued in 2002 for the National Troopers Coalition conference/picnic that was held in Portland that year.
Beautiful design that we all hoped would be adopted for full duty issue to the MSP fleet, but no such luck.
I also have a 1993 issue Maine State Police NTC plate up for grabs this week, so pick up both !
The condition on this plate is mint as can be seen on the photo.
