Listed is an authentic pair of vintage MD license plates. I purchased them to put on my 1968 automobile. I purchased them on-line and were not in the condition represented. They were badly chipped and had surface rust on both pieces. I removed the rust down to bare metal with steel wool and sanded the chips smooth. Both tags have been restored using the same colors represented that year. From a foot away, you can tell that they are restored tags, but barely as the photo"s show. The camera was 2 feet from the tags. More than a couple feet away, they look FANTASTIC. These would be perfect for use on your classic, "68 car.
