This listing is for a pair of Massachusetts passenger License plates with R67 304 in blue. I believe this plate was first issued in 1967. In my research I found the following bit of info on Masachusetts license plates (not from Wikipedia)... In 1968 the MASSACHUSETTS across the top was flat not punched as it was in 1967. Those plates had a Prefix letter as well. This plate has been used, has some scratches, dents and dings.
