Matched pair of low number 1967 Virginia License Plates never used
This is a matched pair of low-numbered 1967 Virginia license plates with the original inner and outer paper wrapper from DMV. These have never been used.
They plates are straight and solid with all original paint. However, they have some light surface rust primarily around the edges and have been touched up around the edges also one plate has some rust just barely starting to come through under the paint. Please see photo.
