The original color of the plates were white or cream colored with red letters and numbers. The plates are more of a cream colored now from age. The red look is nice. There are no scratches on the numbers or letters. There is a lot of rust. 
Postage will be by US Mail in a Tyvek envelope. The plates will be wrapped in the large size bubble wrap ( not the cheap small economy bubble wrap), and then taped around with 3M shipping tape, to keep them from moving around. Postage is what the post offices charge me, it does not include my shipping supplies cost.
I will ship either same day if the payment is received by 2pm CST or within 1 day of payment   will ship International. I do add a $8.00 shipping and handling charge. The PayPal address must be a confirmed one.
