Here is a copy of the August 2004 issue of The ALPCA Register, the magazine of the Automobile License Plate Collectors Association. The one you see is the one you get. This issue features a 7-page article (including many photos) by former ALPCA President Greg Gibson on Michigan license plate history. There are also two articles about Alabama tags and a one-page piece I contributed on Maine"s 1934 and 1935 plates. Other topics covered in this issue include Florida pre-state tags, Bonaire license plates and British Columbia special types as well as plates from Greece. Only the covers (inside and out) are in color; the rest is in black and white. There are 49 pages in all not including the advertising section. Please see the images for further details.
